OUR SERVICES

  • Flake

A flake system is a decorative flooring option that involves applying a multi-layered coating to a floor surface. The process includes the incorporation of colorful vinyl flakes not only to add aesthetic appeal, but also to provide functional benefits. We will prep the surface to grind the area to ensure its smooth and free of any bumps in the concrete. After, we will lay a moisture barrier + base and then the flake application. Once the flake has taken time to “cure” or “stick”, we will then scrape the excess flake off and lay our final top coat.

Overall, a flake system combines functionality with decorative elements making it a popular choice for various settings, including residential garages, commercial spaces, and industrial environments.

  • Overlay

Overlays are a thin layer of new concrete applied over an existing surface, typically an older concrete slab. This method is used to rejuvenate, repair, or enhance the appearance of the existing concrete, providing a fresh and updated look. We will begin with prepping it by grinding the concrete down and adding a moisture barrier as the base. Then the overlay material is mixed and laid. Once laid, we can create a custom texture or design to the customers preference. In addition, it can be stained as well. Typical turnaround time for overlays are about two days.

Common applications for concrete overlays include revitalizing driveways, patios, pool decks, and interior floors. They are a versatile solution for both residential and commercial spaces.

  • Metallic

Our metallic floors are a flooring system that uses resins and metallic pigments to create a unique, glossy, and visually striking surface. We will prep the surface by grinding and laying a moisture barrier then add the metallic pigment using custom colors the customer requested. Typically in the form of mica or reflective particles, they are dispersed or mixed into the resin. These pigments create a three dimensional shimmering effect.

Metallic floors are perfect for a variety of places. Whether it be residential or commercial spaces, they can be perfect for a basement or even a Hair Salon. These floors are for sure are most “aesthetically pleasing” floors we have to offer.

  • Grind & Seal

Our grind and seal floors involve grinding the concrete surface to expose the aggregates and then sealing it with a protective coating. Typical turnaround time is usually one day depending on the square footage. These floors are aesthetically pleasing, durable, low maintenance, and can be customized depending on the level of gloss you’d like.

Grind and seal floors are commonly used in commercial spaces, retail environments, and residential settings where a polished and durable concrete floor is desired.

  • Polish

Our polished floors undergo a mechanic process to achieve a smooth, glossy, and reflective surface. Similar to a grind and seal , this process involves grinding, honing and polishing the concrete. We will begin by grinding the concrete down, then will add a moisture barrier, then lay the polish down. POlishing is carried out using progressively finer grits of diamond abrasives. This step imparts a smooth and glossy finish to the floor. The levle of polish can be customized ranging rom a low sheen to a high-gloss mirror-like finish.

Polished floors are commonly used in various settings, including commercial spaces, retail environments, and residential homes, offering a versatile and visually appealing flooring solution.

  • Self-Leveling

    Self-Leveling

Self-leveling floors, also known as self-leveling concrete or self-leveling underlayment, refer to a type of flooring material designed to create a smooth, level surface. This specialized flooring solution is particularly useful in situations where the existing concrete or substrate is uneven, contains minor imperfections, or requires a level surface for the installation of other floor coverings.

The self-leveling aspect of these materials is due to their unique composition, typically consisting of a blend of polymers, cement, and other additives. When mixed with water, the resulting mixture has a low viscosity and high flowability. Once applied to a surface, it spreads out and levels itself, filling in low spots and creating a flat and uniform plane.
